Description Specifications: Colour: Black Coating: Powder Coating Material: Thick Welded Steel Manufactured in Vancouver Installation Instructions: Drill a hole Vacuum any drill dust from the hole. Align the rack’s base plate with the hole. Hammer an anchor bolt into the base and hole. Hand tighten the nut. Drill a second hole from the first. Hammer an anchor bolt into the base & hole.
