Made in the USA, each kit comes complete with billet hinge and steel mounting plate. Hinge rotates on precision ground pivot pins, fitted to bronze bushings. Hinge J-Strap is machined from solid aircraft quality billet aluminum. Strap width is 1-1/4 inches, with a 3-1/2 inch curved radius, and wall thickness of 1/2-inch.
