1929-31 Steering Housing End Plate, 2-Tooth  Prevents grease leakage, protects light switch housing, and can only be used in 2-tooth boxes.  Replaces the end plate on the steering column.  It has a tube that goes above oil level to prevent oil from leaking.  Includes mounting gasket.
